As someone who has never been through the process-Kerri took her time and brought samples that I could physically see.  Her expertise in home design was so helpful to make my vision come to reality! The shipping was mind blowing fast compared to what I thought something like this was would be (especially around Christmas).  Kerri and her daughter came to install the next day and it was so quick and painless.  They took care of everything!
