It was a real pleasure to meet and work with Kerri.  When I first phoned and requested a consultation, I had no trouble agreeing to a spot on her availability calendar.  Upon our meeting, she was very quick, courteous and thorough with her response to my questions.  I explained to her my ideas as to what I thought I wanted.  Because of new safety regulations, I had to come out of the dark ages.  She knew exactly what was needed.  After the detailed window analysis, a quote was presented, which fitted my budget, and a deal was made.  It didn’t seem long after, that she phoned and said the blinds were ready to be installed.  WOW.  Scramble I did to get ready.  They came, they hung, they cleaned up and they departed, all within what seemed a half hour.
