Dear Miss Kerri,

I am writing this letter to you to thank you for our beautiful blinds. They are wonderful. I would recommend these blinds to everyone. They are easy to put up or down, open or close and the wood is wonderful too. Easier to keep cleaner than the other ones. They make my living room and windows a lot nicer. In fact the whole room looks really classy now.

I also want to thank you for your professionalism and the manner in which you presented the new blinds.   You and your helper were really kind and caring and making sure they all worked the way they were supposed to was marvelous. Thank you also for being such a fun person.
